The nature of the vision
All our artworks and canvas prints are made to order to ensure the highest museum-grade quality and individual care. By bridging the gap between geometric structure and the vastness of dreams, we treat every order as a unique acquisition. Please review the information below carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping
We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Every artwork is securely packaged to ensure the integrity of the archival pigments and canvas remains perfect, no matter where your coordinate is located on the globe.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our artworks, returns or refunds are accepted only in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. Because each piece is a strictly limited edition of only 5 worldwide, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or aesthetic dissatisfaction.
Eligibility for resolution
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be:
In their original, unused condition and free of surface marks
In the original museum-grade packaging
Reported within 14 days of receiving your order
Damaged or defective items
If your artwork arrives with a structural flaw or transit damage, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately at info@whisperingbrush.org with:

Clear photos of the damage to the artwork and the packaging

How to initiate a request
To discuss a return or a damaged item:
Contact us at info@whisperingbrush.org within 14 days of delivery
Provide your order number and the reason for your request
Our team will review your request and provide you with specific instructions
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Limited edition certificates
Every artwork is issued a unique digital certificate of authenticity via email. In the event of an approved return or refund, the digital certificate and its associated edition number will be permanently voided and deactivated in our records to preserve the rarity of the series.
Return shipping
If a return is approved for a reason other than damage or defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Since we offer free shipping on all initial orders, original shipping costs are not an issue.
Refunds
Once your damage claim is approved, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Timeline: Most credits appear within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution
Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund:
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling of the canvas surface
Digital products or certificates already issued and validated
Works where the 14-day notification window has passed
