Processing time
All artworks and canvas prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality and care. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Shipping & delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping where available, with reliable tracked delivery.
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated transit times are:
Europe: 3–7 business days
North America: 5–10 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
Shipping availability notice
Due to current logistics limitations with our production partner, we are unable to ship orders to Kosovo at this time. We are actively working on a solution. This does not affect shipping to other international destinations.
If you are located in Kosovo and interested in acquiring an artwork, please contact us directly.
Order tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & refunds
Return policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Items must be reported within 14 days of delivery
Damage during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt
Clear photos of the damage must be provided
Made-to-order canvas prints are not eligible for return due to change of mind
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will provide further instructions and assist you through the process.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, refunds are processed via Paysera, our secure payment provider, and returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Documentation & certificates To ensure your artwork is protected during transit, physical invoices and paper certificates are not included in the shipping box. Your official digital certificate of authenticity will be sent to your registered email address once delivery is confirmed.
